"Home isn’t a place; it’s a feeling."
- Winter Skelton
"What does home mean to you?" is a question that yields a very different answer depending on who you ask. I took care in choosing the people I interviewed, some younger, some older, but all with very different backgrounds. Their responses didn't give me a straight, solid answer but I wasn't expecting to end this project knowing precisely what a home means to everyone. Everyone is different and their experiences shape their understandings. In this case, I found that a lot of the experiences that went into building these people's opinions took place in their childhood which I think makes a lot of sense because of how influential a person's upbringing is on to the rest of their life.
